By accessing this website, browsing our products or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or buy our products.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, subscribers and affiliates of ThemeLooks Ltd.
02Products and licences
Every item sold on this website is a digital product delivered by download. Purchasing an item grants you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the item to you.
- A Regular licence permits use in a single end product that is not sold to end users.
- An Extended licence permits use in a single end product that is sold to end users.
- A ThemeLooks Club subscription grants access to the full catalogue for the duration of the subscription.
- Redistributing, reselling or sublicensing our items, in whole or in part, is not permitted under any licence.
03Account registration
Some parts of this website require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
04Payment and pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are payable in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major WooCommerce payment gateways, including Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Square and Apple Pay.
We reserve the right to change the price of any product at any time. A price change does not affect orders already completed.
05Support
Each product includes six months of free support from the date of purchase. Support covers installation help, bug fixes, and questions about documented features.
Support does not cover customisation beyond the documented features, third-party plugin conflicts, server configuration, or work on a modified version of our code. Support extensions can be purchased separately.
06Updates
We provide free updates for our products, including new features, performance improvements and security fixes, for as long as the product is maintained. Updates are available from your account.
We do not guarantee that any given product will be maintained indefinitely. Where a product is retired, we will give reasonable notice to existing customers.
07Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, source code, text, graphics, logos and product previews — is the property of ThemeLooks Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Preview images, demo content and third-party assets shown in our demos are used for demonstration only and are generally not included in the purchase.
08Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThemeLooks Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website.
Our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
09Third-party links and services
This website and our products may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment gateways, Envato Market and delivery providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those third parties.
10Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to this website and to your account if you breach these terms, misuse our products, or attempt to redistribute our work.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where our Returns & Refund Policy applies.
11Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this page is the one currently in force, and continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
