    Hi,

    new order notification sound does not work on iOS devices. It works on android devices but not on iPad or iPhone. I tried with multiple different web browsers. Safari – google chrome. You can test this yourself. How can I solve this problem?

    iPad or iPhone is a highly privacy-protected device. Did you check the browser settings to enable the sound notification? If not, please do it.
